Old and rare - July 2024

Old and Rare Australian icons edition

Join Adam Collet from School of Wine as he walks us through some of the oldest, and best, wines from all of Australia.

We will kick it off with a House of Arras Late Disgorged 2005 sparkling wine (Australias best sparkling wine) before moving to whites and reds from the late 1990s/ early 2000’s

These wines will all be drinking in their prime and will be paired with a three course meal courtesy of the amazing chefs at Una Mes.

These wines are particularly hard to find so this is something you don’t want to miss out on!

For this we're going to the gorgeous Una Mes Wine bar in Manora. Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements.
