Historically many Chardonnay's were heavily oaked and high in alcohol, however, wine makers are now starting to rediscover how wonderful this grape can be given the right touch.

This class will look at the best wines coming out of Australia, and around the world, and will give you a better idea of the amazing range and styles that this versatile grape can offer.
