As the name roughly translates in Italian, this class is about Australian wine but with an Italian twist!
We will explore some of the common and not so common Italian grape varieties and how they present being grown on Australian soil by Australian winemakers.
In addition, we will teach you the basics on how to taste wine; and most importantly, how to describe what you are tasting.
